Francisco Diaz is a seasoned and dynamic management professional and communications specialist with more than twenty-five years in managing political affairs. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Diaz has served in a multitude of different capacities.
Francisco is involved in the community, as he attends civic and community activities, and political receptions on the firm’s behalf. He also develops strategies for clients, to help them pursue capital and expense funding opportunities in front of the NYC Council and NYS Legislature.
Finally, Mr. Diaz monitors legislative and regulatory issues before New York City Council and the Office of the Mayor.
Prior to joining TBA, Inc., Mr. Diaz was elected to the New York State Legislature, where he represented the 68th Assembly District. His prior experiences as District Manager and Vice Chairman at a Community Board in Manhattan give him keen insight into how to navigate the technical and bureaucratic maze of city and state government agencies.
To round out his public service experience, Francisco served as a Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to a New York City Councilmember, where he managed the legislative process as well as budget negotiations between the Mayor’s Office and the Office of Management and Budget.
